How do I resize without ruining proportions?
Select Fit to keep your original ratio or Fill when you purposely need to cover the frame. Toggle “Lock aspect” before typing new values so hero sections, marketplace tiles, and avatars never stretch. The live preview updates both desktop and mobile mockups side by side.
Which units are best for each channel?
Pixels are ideal for UI exports, but percentages make A/B testing easier when you want to see how a hero scales in responsive layouts. Switch to inches or centimeters when preparing for print-ready decks, and use the preset chips to snap to Instagram, Etsy, and Amazon dimensions instantly.
Does the resize engine compress my file?
No compression occurs during resizing. We use high-quality Lanczos interpolation directly in the browser, meaning you can export sharp, artifact-free shots. If you need smaller file sizes afterward, hop into Compress without re-uploading-the image already stays in memory.
How does batch-style resizing work?
Because the app preserves the loaded file, you can export one size, tweak the width/height sliders, and export again in seconds. Power users build mini-batches by stepping through preset buttons (hero → card → story) before clearing the canvas.
